Crimson Bridge

These five persons form the outreach Team Leadership Council. Rather than a top-down structure with everyone reporting to one leader, CB teams are structured so that each leader supports the other. Together they daily pray, plan, and set team direction. The buck has to stop somewhere however, so the Tour Director, assisted by the Spiritual Advisor, is responsible for making the final decisions on team policy.
