 We come together as a team once a month at Northwest Family Church January - June to grow together in Christ and prepare for outreach. The weekends include worship, teaching, training for outreach, local outreaches, quiet time and family times. These weekends bring us together as a team, and refine us into tools ready for God to use.On a typical weekend, we meet on Friday night @ 6:00 for worship, special activities and teaching. We encourage everyone who can, to spend the night at the church (sleeping on the floor is good practice for outreach, but it's not required). We have breakfast Saturday morning @ 8:00 followed by an active game to get the blood pumping, worship, teaching and quiet time. Often we'll pack a quick lunch and head out into the community. Other times we'll gather into our teams to learn about our destination countries, pray, or do whatever is needed to help us prepare for the Summer outreaches.
